The chief guest of the event, South Tripura District Magistrate &amp; Collector Smita Mall, remarked that this tournament, ahead of International Women\u2019s Day, will encourage women to be <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>more enthusiastic in their respective fields. Among the dignitaries present at the inaugural ceremony were South Tripura Additional District Magistrate Hemanta Debbarma, Additional Superintendent of Police Moriya Krishnachandra Shekhar, Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Cultural Affairs Pramod Acharya, and District Inspector of the Social Welfare &amp; Social Education Department Prabir Debbarma. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A total of nine teams from various departments are participating in the tournament, with each team consisting of seven women players.
