The event not only celebrated Bengalis traditional food culture but also created a platform to support local artisans and home-based food entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;Speaking at the closing ceremony, Sam Bhattacharjee, Convener of Pithe Puli Utsav expressed gratitude to all participants, performers, and visitors for making the event a grand success. \u201cPithe Puli Utsav is not just a festival; it\u2019s a celebration of our roots and our community. It\u2019s heartening to see the enthusiasm with which people have embraced our traditions.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;The festival featured a variety of events, including a Traditional Fashion Show titled &#8220;Threads of Fashion,&#8221; an Influencers Adda, and &#8220;Unmish&#8221; \u2013 a Recitation Evening. There was also an Alpana Competition, cultural performances such as Folk Dance, and musical performances by the renowned band &#8220;Meghbalika,&#8221; as well as Arnav Sarkar and Team Mourita Live, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Additionally, a cooking workshop was conducted by Master Chef Amitabh Dutta from Assam. Notable attendees included IGP Avula Ramesh Reddy and Deputy Inspector General of Police (Crime &amp; Intelligence) Krishnendu Chakravortty.
