Speaking in the Assembly while supporting the motion of thanks on the Governor\u2019s address, he highlighted that developmental work in the state is progressing smoothly with the wholehearted cooperation of the Prime Minister, Home Minister, and the Union Cabinet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Referring to the devastating floods in August, the Chief Minister praised the collective efforts of the state government, the central government, and the citizens, which enabled the state to recover from the crisis in a short time. He also expressed gratitude to government employees, NGOs, private organizations, political parties, and the general public for their cooperation during the disaster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key Achievements and Initiatives Highlighted in the Assembly:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>1. Improvement in Law and Order:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u2022 Crimes against women have decreased by 8.47% compared to the previous year.<br>\u2022 Anti-Human Trafficking Units have been established.<br>\u2022 1,665 NDPS-related cases have been registered, and 2,697 individuals have been arrested over the past three years. Drugs worth \u20b9867.43 crore were seized last year.<br>\u2022 Political violence incidents have significantly declined.<br>2. Women\u2019s Empowerment:<br>\u2022 Initiatives such as the Mukhyamantri Kanya Atmanirbhar Yojana have been launched.<br>\u2022 Women have been inducted into TSR battalions, and 33% reservation in government jobs has been implemented.<br>\u2022 Nine women-only police stations have been established.<br>3. Economic and Social Progress:<br>\u2022 The state now has 91,871 \u201cLakhpati Didis\u201d under self-help groups.<br>\u2022 Financial assistance of \u20b9746.8 crore has been provided to self-help group members, and \u20b91,465.81 crore in bank loans have been distributed since 2018.<br>\u2022 Health infrastructure has improved significantly, reducing the need for patients to seek treatment outside the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>4. Focus on Tribal Welfare:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u2022 2,073 beneficiaries have received financial assistance under the Janajati Unnayan Yojana for income-generating activities.<br>\u2022 The Rubber Mission has benefited 28,149 people by developing rubber plantations on 23,177 hectares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>5. Urban Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u2022 The Mukhyamantri Satellite Town Development Scheme and the Mukhyamantri Nagar Unnayan Project aim to invest over \u20b91,500 crore in urban infrastructure over the next five years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>6. Industrial and Tourism Growth:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u2022 A new industrial policy has been introduced, and an Investment Promotion and Facilitation Agency (IPAT) has been established.<br>\u2022 The state\u2019s first tea auction center is being set up.<br>\u2022 Collaboration with Tata Technologies Limited is improving 19 ITIs.<br>\u2022 Tourist numbers have increased by over 6 lakh from 2018 to 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>7.
