The accused were reportedly engaged in smuggling narcotics via long-distance trains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A total of \u20b98.3 lakh in cash, suspected to be proceeds from drug transactions, was seized from them. The accused will be presented before the honorable court today, and authorities anticipate more arrests in connection with this case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Details of the accused:<br><strong>1. Mohammad Mehedi Hasan Nazmul (20)<br>\u2022 Father: Mohammad Abdul Rashid<br>\u2022 Residence: Kulubari, Daurdarani, Sonamura Police Station, Sepahijala, Tripura<br>\u2022 Seized Amount: \u20b96.3 lakh<br>2. Mrs. Shahena Akhtar (30)<br>\u2022 Father: Shafik Mia<br>\u2022 Residence: Charilam, Aralia, Bishalgarh Police Station, Sepahijala, Tripura<br>\u2022 Seized Amount: \u20b92 lakh<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The joint operation was conducted by Agartala GRP and RPF.
