Children and adolescents aged 0 to 19 years were provided with preventive medicines, vaccines, and supplements. This phase successfully covered 11,36,083 beneficiaries, ensuring 100% outreach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Health Interventions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Mukhyamantri Sustha Shoishob Sustha Kaishore Abhiyan included the following activities:<br \/>\u2022 Administration of Iron Folic Acid (IFA) supplements and Vitamin A doses.<br \/>\u2022 Distribution of ORS (Oral Rehydration Solution) packets.<br \/>\u2022 Vaccination with Td10 and Td16 vaccines for adolescents.<br \/>\u2022 Weight measurement of children under the Poshan Abhiyan.<br \/>\u2022 Awareness programs on pneumonia symptoms and Acute Flaccid Paralysis (polio surveillance).<br \/>\u2022 Identification and monitoring of measles and rubella cases.<br \/>\u2022 Counseling sessions highlighting the importance of breastfeeding.<br \/>\u2022 Early childhood health checks under the Home-Based Young Child Care program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reaching Every Corner of Society<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ASHA workers played a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the campaign by conducting door-to-door distribution of medicines and raising awareness. The campaign also reached marginalized communities, including tea gardens, brick kilns, slums, orphanages, and private educational institutions. Camps were organized in schools, colleges, Anganwadi centers, ITIs, and technical education centers to guarantee no child was left behind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Progress Over the Years<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since its launch in 2021, the campaign has achieved consistent success across its phases:<br \/>\u2022 1.0 (September 1-15, 2021): 99.40% success<br \/>\u2022 2.0 (March 21-31, 2022): 93.56% success<br \/>\u2022 3.0 (September 5-15, 2022): 96.97% success<br \/>\u2022 4.0 (March 20-31, 2023): 97.44% success<br \/>\u2022 5.0 (September 19-October 3, 2023): 98.96% success<br \/>\u2022 6.0 (February 9-22, 2024): 97.97% success<br \/>\u2022 7.0 (October 24-November 6, 2024): 100% success<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A Model Initiative in Public Health<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Mukhyamantri Sustha Shoishob Sustha Kaishore Abhiyan reflects the state government\u2019s dedication to improving the health and well-being of the younger generation.
