Kadamtala, North Tripura, Oct 7:<\/strong> In a shocking late-night incident, despite BNSS Section 163 being enforced, a group of miscreants attacked Kadamtala market. They set fire to several shops and vandalized the area, creating chaos. As tensions escalated, the police were forced to open fire to disperse the unruly crowd, bringing the situation under control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the police action<\/a><\/strong>, one person, identified as Sultan Ahmed, was fatally shot, while another individual sustained serious injuries and is undergoing treatment. Senior police officials, including Inspector General (IG) KD Marak, promptly arrived at the scene to assess the situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
