A case, numbered 2024 WAG 117, has been filed at West Police Station under U\/S 132\/351(2)(3)\/3(5) of the BNS, along with Section 3(1)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
