Executive Member of the ADC, Rabindra Debbarma, was also present at the event, which was presided over by Sunil Debbarma, Chairman of Hezamara BAC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Block Development Officer Manas Murasing delivered the welcome speech.
