However, as per recent developments, the government has extended their employment for an additional three months. Despite this extension, they claim that the government has failed to release their pending salaries.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the nurses express concerns about their future job security. They assert that the short-term employment of just one to two months has left them in a state of uncertainty. They demand that the government prioritize regularization rather than repeatedly extending their temporary contracts.<\/p>\n<p>This issue has been raised multiple times, with complaints sent from hospital medical superintendents all the way to the Chief Minister&#8217;s office. However, a resolution has not yet been reached.
