Agartala, October 29:<\/strong> The Teachers\u2019 Recruitment Board, Tripura (TRBT), has announced the tentative examination date for the Selection Test for Post Graduate Teacher (STPGT) 2026 in Music, notifying a total of 125 vacancies under the Education (School) Department of the Government of Tripura.

According to an official notification dated October 28, 2026, the examination is tentatively scheduled for February 28, 2027, from 12 noon to 2:30 PM. The examination centre will be in Agartala only, while the specific centre will be mentioned on candidates\u2019 admit cards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of the 125 posts, 65 are reserved for the Unreserved (UR) category, 21 for Scheduled Castes (SC) and 39 for Scheduled Tribes (ST). The notification also specifies reservations for persons with disabilities and ex-servicemen, along with horizontal reservation provisions for women.

The Board has stated that the syllabus for STPGT 2026 Music is available on its official website. The detailed prospectus-cum-instructions and the official notification containing eligibility criteria, examination fees, important dates and the online application procedure will be published on the Board\u2019s website in due course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
