Agartala, 28 Oct 2026<\/strong>: With a message of integrity, transparency and accountability, Tripura Gramin Bank organised an awareness rally on Wednesday as part of Vigilance Awareness Week 2026. The initiative aimed to spread awareness against corruption and reaffirm the commitment to building a corruption-free society and moving towards greater prosperity.

The rally was flagged off from in front of the head office of Tripura Gramin Bank at Abhoynagar, Agartala. Satyendra Singh, Chairman of Tripura Gramin Bank, was present on the occasion. Bank officials, employees and other participants joined the awareness programme, which passed through different parts of Agartala city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rally aimed to raise public awareness about the harmful effects of corruption and highlight the importance of honesty, transparency and ethical values in professional and public life. Participants also conveyed the message that every citizen has a responsibility to contribute towards building a corruption-free society.

Vigilance Awareness Week serves as an important platform to promote integrity, accountability and transparency in institutions and public services. Through this initiative, Tripura Gramin Bank sought to encourage people to uphold ethical values and actively participate in the fight against corruption.

After the rally, Tripura Gramin Bank Chairman Satyendra Singh interacted with members of the media and elaborated on the significance of Vigilance Awareness Week 2026. He also shared his views on the importance of public awareness and collective efforts in building a transparent and corruption-free society.
