{"id":27056,"date":"2026-10-09T03:08:39","date_gmt":"2026-10-09T03:08:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aguli.in\/?p=27056"},"modified":"2026-10-09T03:08:53","modified_gmt":"2026-10-09T03:08:53","slug":"ncc-cadets-explore-tripuras-heritage-knowledge-and-military-values-at-bir-bikram-ekta-camp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aguli.in\/index.php\/2026\/10\/09\/ncc-cadets-explore-tripuras-heritage-knowledge-and-military-values-at-bir-bikram-ekta-camp\/","title":{"rendered":"NCC Cadets Explore Tripura\u2019s Heritage, Knowledge and Military Values at Bir Bikram Ekta Camp"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tripura, 08 October 2026<\/strong>: Around 400 NCC cadets participating in the ongoing Bir Bikram Ekta Camp \/ Special National Integration Camp (SNIC\u2013I), Agartala 2026\u201327, took part in a series of educational, cultural and motivational activities aimed at promoting national integration, leadership, awareness and a spirit of service.<br><br>Organised by the 13 Tripura Battalion NCC under the aegis of the NCC Directorate, North Eastern Region, the day\u2019s programme combined heritage visits, intellectual activities and exposure to the discipline and service ethos of the Armed Forces.<br><br>The day began with an educational and recreational visit to Albert Ekka Park and Heritage Park in Agartala. The cadets explored the historical and cultural significance of Tripura while gaining greater awareness of the state\u2019s heritage, natural environment and rich traditions.<br><br>As part of the camp, a Quiz Competition was also organised, witnessing enthusiastic participation from NCC cadets. The competition covered areas including current affairs, history, defence, culture, geography and general awareness. It encouraged healthy competition while promoting teamwork, confidence, knowledge and intellectual development among the participants.<br><br>The cadets later visited the Assam Rifles for a special movie screening and interaction. The programme provided them with an opportunity to gain insights into the valour, discipline, dedication and service ethos of the Armed Forces. The interaction further inspired the young cadets to develop a stronger sense of responsibility, patriotism and commitment towards the nation.<br><br>The day\u2019s activities reflected the core objectives of the Special National Integration Camp by bringing together education, heritage, recreation, knowledge and military awareness.
