P. Roy, police have been conducting continuous anti-drug operations and checking drives in the area based on specific intelligence inputs. As part of the operation, police intercepted a Brezza vehicle during night-time checking.<br><br>During the search, police allegedly found the banned cough syrup concealed inside the vehicle\u2019s CNG tank\/cylinder. The concealment was reportedly detected during the detailed checking of the vehicle.<br><br>Police arrested the driver of the vehicle in connection with the seizure and registered a case under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.<br><br>The officer said the investigation is currently underway and police are trying to trace the source and intended destination of the seized consignment.
