The operation was carried out following directions from the Police Headquarters by personnel from East Agartala Police Station and the East Agartala Women Police Station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The raid was led by East Agartala Police Station Officer-in-Charge Krishna Dhan Das and Women Police Station O\/C Shakuntala Debbarma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the operation, police reportedly found two unmarried young women along with several married women in multiple rooms on the first and second floors of the hotel. Several individuals were subsequently detained and taken to the police station for questioning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Police also reportedly found discrepancies in some of the hotel\u2019s documents during the inspection. However, East Agartala Police Station O\/C Krishna Dhan Das did not make any statement to the media regarding the raid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to information available from police sources, legal action is likely to be taken against the hotel following the findings of the operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The hotel has allegedly been facing accusations of being used for immoral activities for a long time. Police had reportedly conducted a raid at the same hotel earlier, but the operation did not yield results as the hotel\u2019s activities were allegedly cleared out before the police arrived.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This time, however, the police reportedly found several people during the raid.
