Personnel from the Tripura State Rifles (TSR) and the \u2018A\u2019 Company of the 124 Battalion CRPF joined the operation.<br><br>Police arrested a person described as a \u201cmost wanted\u201d local drug peddler. During the search, police recovered 20 grams of heroin and several Yaba tablets, along with four mobile phones. The seized narcotics are estimated to have a black-market value of around \u20b910 lakh, according to preliminary information.<br><br>Rana Chatterjee said the accused was produced before the court with a prayer for police remand. Investigators will question him to identify the people supplying drugs to the area and trace the network involved in distributing the narcotics.<br><br>The officer further said that coordinated anti-drug operations involving different security agencies would continue in the area. Police will conduct further raids wherever information regarding drug activities is received.<br><br>Police also stated that the accused had previously been involved in a drug-related case and had been arrested earlier.<br><br>Authorities are now focusing on identifying and apprehending other members of the suspected drug network.
