The event was organised by the Amarpur Sub-Divisional Administration.<br><br>The competition was inaugurated by MLA Ranjit Das. Amarpur Nagar Panchayat Chairperson Bikash Saha, Amarpur Panchayat Samiti Chairperson Suchitra Das, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Anupam Chakraborty and other officials were present at the event.<br><br>A total of six teams participated in the boat race. The teams securing the first, second and third positions were awarded prizes.
