Residents urged the MDC to take immediate steps to address these persistent problems.<br><br>Speaking to the media, Debbarma said the villages, including Konnaram Para, are among the most remote areas in his constituency and lie on the border of Khowai and Dhalai districts. He noted that the area suffers from severe shortages of essential services.<br><br>&#8220;It is very clear that the people here are facing serious problems. There is a drinking water crisis, poor roads, no electricity and no school. I will soon meet the District Magistrate, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Block Development Officer and the Tribal Welfare Minister to raise these issues and seek immediate intervention,&#8221; he said.<br><br>The MDC added that he had visited both Gagracharra and Nongcherra Village Committees during the tour and described them as among the most underdeveloped villages he has seen.<br><br>Debbarma reiterated that ensuring basic amenities and accelerating development in remote tribal areas remains a priority.
