{"id":24029,"date":"2026-07-14T16:50:17","date_gmt":"2026-07-14T16:50:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aguli.in\/?p=24029"},"modified":"2026-07-14T16:51:45","modified_gmt":"2026-07-14T16:51:45","slug":"census-2027-dhalai-dm-urges-residents-to-complete-self-enumeration-from-july-16","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aguli.in\/index.php\/2026\/07\/14\/census-2027-dhalai-dm-urges-residents-to-complete-self-enumeration-from-july-16\/","title":{"rendered":"Census 2027: Dhalai DM Urges Residents to Complete Self-Enumeration from July 16"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dhalai, July 14:<\/strong> Dhalai District Magistrate Vivek H.B. on Tuesday appealed to residents across the district to take part in the online self-enumeration process for the Census of India 2027.<br><br>Speaking at a press conference held at the District Magistrate&#8217;s office, Vivek H.B. said the self-enumeration facility will be available from July 16 to July 31, ahead of the house-to-house house listing exercise.<br><br>He said the first phase of Census 2027 includes house listing and the housing census. Residents can submit their household details online during the 15-day self-enumeration period. The house-to-house house listing operation will then begin on August 1 and continue until August 30.<br><br>The District Magistrate urged the people of Dhalai to come forward and complete the online process within the given timeframe. He also appealed to government employees to submit their details through self-enumeration. Government offices across the district have already been informed and asked to encourage their staff to participate, he said.<br><br>Explaining the process, the DM said the head of a household will first have to register using a mobile number and verify it through an OTP. An email address is optional. After registration, users can select their preferred language, fill in their location details and answer a set of questions.
