Agartala, June 29:<\/strong> The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Tripura Pradesh, has temporarily suspended Raja Saha from the party following allegations of anti-party activities and repeated violations of organizational discipline.

In an official press release issued by the BJP Tripura State Executive Committee on Monday, the party stated that Raja Saha, who was serving as the state in-charge of the “One Booth 20 Youth” programme, had allegedly been acting against the party’s directives, ideology, and code of conduct for a considerable period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The statement further alleged that despite being warned on multiple occasions, Saha continued to make public comments and social media posts that were contrary to the party’s policies and organizational stand. The BJP said these actions were viewed as violations of party discipline and organizational unity.

Acting on the instructions of Tripura BJP President Rajib Bhattacharjee, the party has suspended Raja Saha from all organizational responsibilities with immediate effect. During the suspension period, he has been prohibited from presenting himself as a representative or member of the BJP.

The party has also directed Saha to submit a written explanation within five days of receiving the notice. According to the statement, if a satisfactory response is not received within the stipulated time, further disciplinary action will be taken in accordance with the party’s constitution.

The BJP reiterated its commitment to maintaining discipline, organizational unity, and adherence to the party’s principles, stating that every office-bearer and worker is expected to strictly follow the party’s guidelines and code of conduct.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
