The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary package of Rs 21,680 along with food and accommodation facilities provided by the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Officials described the development as a major milestone in TRLM\u2019s ongoing efforts to empower rural youth through skill-based training linked directly with employment opportunities. The programme aims to equip unemployed and underprivileged youths from rural areas with industry-relevant technical skills, enabling them to secure sustainable livelihoods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The three-month residential training programme focused on electrician trade skills and practical industrial exposure to prepare candidates for professional work environments. Officials said the successful placement of all participants reflects the growing effectiveness of the DDU-GKY programme in enhancing employability among rural youths in Tripura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The candidates are now preparing to relocate to Bengaluru to begin their professional careers. TRLM officials congratulated the selected youths and expressed hope that their success would inspire more young people from rural areas to participate in skill development programmes and pursue employment opportunities beyond the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Officials further stated that such initiatives not only improve the economic condition of individual families but also contribute to the overall socio-economic development of rural communities.
