The driver fled the scene immediately after the accident, triggering tension and public outrage in the area.<br><br>According to eyewitnesses, a Tata Tigor car bearing registration number TR 01BW 0498, travelling from Agartala towards Santirbazar, lost control near the road leading to Debipur and crashed into two motorcycles parked beside the road.<br><br>The damaged bikes were identified as a Pulsar (TR 08H 6713) and a Hero Splendor (TR 08F 5362). The impact threw the riders onto the road, leaving them seriously injured.<br><br>The injured were identified as Dinesh Das (30) of Kalabaria and Bapi Das (24) of Maichhara. Locals rushed both victims to <strong><em>Santirbazar District Hospital<\/em><\/strong>. Due to their critical condition, doctors referred them to GB Hospital in Agartala for advanced treatment.<br><br>Police from Santirbazar police station reached the spot soon after the incident, while a forensic team also visited the area as part of the investigation. Preliminary findings suggest reckless driving and over speeding may have caused the accident.<br><br><em>Local sources claimed the vehicle is owned by <\/em><em><strong>doctor Pradip Pal<\/strong><\/em><em>.
