He credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi\u2019s leadership, along with Union Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP president J.P. Nadda, for steering a coordinated nationwide campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saha highlighted the extensive involvement of party leaders and workers, including those from Tripura, in campaigning across West Bengal. He claimed that early trends indicate a strong pro-BJP sentiment across regions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taking aim at previous governments, Saha alleged that West Bengal had suffered from \u201cyears of corruption and administrative decline\u201d under both Left and Trinamool Congress regimes. He accused them of failing to ensure transparency, democratic rights, and women\u2019s safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Praising the Election Commission of India, Saha said the polls were conducted in a \u201cfree and fair\u201d manner, contrasting them with past elections he claimed were marred by irregularities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On national security, he reiterated concerns over illegal infiltration from Bangladesh and said the BJP remains committed to strengthening border security and addressing undocumented migration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drawing comparisons with Tripura, Saha pointed to the implementation of the Seventh Pay Commission after 2018 as an example of governance reforms that could benefit West Bengal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also welcomed BJP\u2019s emphatic lead in the Dharmanagar by-election, calling it a strong endorsement of the state government\u2019s policies.
