His sudden public appearance shocked onlookers and briefly created panic inside the court premises.<br><br>Acting swiftly, a large police force along with TSR Jawans surrounded the area, leaving no escape route. <strong>Ranbir Debnath<\/strong> and several of his associates were detained on the spot by Bishalgarh Police after a brief attempt to flee failed.<br><br>Police sources said Ranbir was a prime accused in several recent firing incidents and extortion cases in Bishalgarh and nearby areas.
