A new recruitment policy will be introduced ensuring complete transparency,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pradyot emphasized the need for a <strong>structured and accountable hiring system<\/strong>, proposing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mandatory public advertisements for all posts, including LDC and Group D<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online and offline application systems through a dedicated portal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recruitment conducted by an <strong>independent board<\/strong>, not directly linked to ADC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t want anyone to raise questions about fairness. I promise to clean up the system, but I need support from the youth,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Tipra Motha leader acknowledged the growing frustration among young job seekers and urged them to remain patient, reiterating that reforms are underway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Policy Reforms on the Horizon<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>During the live session, Pradyot also outlined a broader governance roadmap for TTAADC, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>new education policy<\/strong> aimed at overhauling the current system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initiatives to address <strong>drinking water shortages<\/strong> in remote areas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A dedicated <strong>sports policy<\/strong> with infrastructure managed by professionals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support frameworks for <strong>artists, musicians, and cultural groups<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establishment of a <strong>coaching centre in Khumulwng<\/strong> to prepare youth for competitive exams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>He further stressed inclusivity in recruitment, stating that opportunities should be accessible to all communities within ADC, including speakers of Kokborok, Bengali, and other Indigenous languages such as Reang, Chakma, Mog, and Halam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Call for Public Support<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pradyot hinted at \u201ctough decisions\u201d in the coming days, warning that reforms may face resistance from entrenched interests. He appealed to the public, particularly the youth, to support efforts aimed at systemic change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cChange will not please everyone.
