Supporters of Tipra, buoyed by their recent success in the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC), gathered at the village office on Monday, demanding the Formation of an interim committee and submitting a written application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They alleged that no Village Council elections have been held since 2016, raising concerns over the lack of local governance. Meanwhile, BJP supporters claimed that the matter is already under administrative consideration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To prevent escalation, police and TSR personnel have been deployed at the site, keeping the situation under control but tense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A section of local residents described the current developments as a \u201cresult of past actions,\u201d referring to earlier allegations of political Capture.
