According to official data, over 83.52 percent of the 9,62,697 registered voters exercised their franchise during polling held on April 12, determining the fate of 173 candidates in the fray.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The TTAADC, established under the Sixth Schedule of the Constitution in 1985, administers nearly 70 percent of Tripura\u2019s geographical area.
