Chaudhury also claimed that people in the region have witnessed increasing political clashes instead of development in recent years.<br><br>Highlighting past achievements, he said major institutions in Dharmanagar\u2014such as colleges, the district hospital, ISBT, and a water treatment plant\u2014were established during the Left Front government\u2019s tenure.<br><br>The CPI(M) leader further stated that the party has already announced candidates for 23 out of 28 ADC seats, with the remaining nominations to be filed within the next three days.<br><br>Criticising the ruling alliance, Chaudhury said the <strong>BJP<\/strong>, Tipra Motha, and <strong>IPFT<\/strong> coalition is \u201cdisconnected from the people,\u201d pointing to recent public disagreements between Chief Minister <strong>Dr. (Prof.) Manik Saha<\/strong> and <strong>Tipra Motha Party<\/strong> (TMP) founder &amp; Royal Scion <strong><em>Pradyot Bikram Manikya Debbarma<\/em><\/strong> as evidence of internal discord.<br><br>He concluded by appealing directly to voters, stating that the electorate will decide which political force can ensure a free and secure life through the upcoming election.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dharmanagar, Mar 22: Leader of Opposition (LoP) Jitendra Chaudhury on Sunday questioned the BJP government\u2019s development record in Dharmanagar over the past eight years, alleging widespread corruption and lack of progress in key sectors.
