Where is ours?\u201d he questioned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He criticized political parties for ignoring citizens\u2019 demands, claiming they often act opposite to what people want. \u201cReservation and caste discrimination are being worsened, schools are closing or being privatized, and poor students are struggling to access education,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debnath also raised concerns about health, sports, and public infrastructure, blaming mismanagement and government corruption for widening inequalities. \u201cMillions of crores are being misused while people die of hunger. This money belongs to us earned by our labour. Current politicians fail to see this,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A retired engineer with higher education degrees, Debnath emphasized that his independent candidacy aims to challenge the system that overlooks communities like his.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dharmanagar, Mar 20.
