He expressed gratitude to party workers and supporters for their contribution to the BJP\u2019s victory in the 2018 Assembly elections, which he described as a historic political shift in the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He said that over the past eight years, the BJP-led government has been working with a focus on public welfare and development. Highlighting the party\u2019s organisational growth, Bhattacharjee noted that the BJP has expanded its presence from the Panchayat level to Parliament, strengthening its grassroots network across Tripura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Referring to the \u201cdouble engine\u201d government \u2014 with the BJP in power both at the Centre and in the state \u2014 he said coordinated efforts have been made to realise the vision of a \u201cViksit Tripura.\u201d According to him, alignment between the state government and the Centre has facilitated the implementation of key development initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bhattacharjee stated that several welfare schemes targeting women, youth and farmers were rolled out during the party\u2019s tenure.
