{"id":18460,"date":"2026-02-18T07:43:34","date_gmt":"2026-02-18T07:43:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aguli.in\/?p=18460"},"modified":"2026-02-18T07:43:34","modified_gmt":"2026-02-18T07:43:34","slug":"restrictions-imposed-around-exam-centres-in-kailashahar-for-cbse-board-exams-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aguli.in\/index.php\/2026\/02\/18\/restrictions-imposed-around-exam-centres-in-kailashahar-for-cbse-board-exams-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Restrictions Imposed Around Exam Centres in Kailashahar for CBSE Board Exams 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Tripura, 18 Feb 2026: <\/strong>In order to ensure the smooth and peaceful conduct of the CBSE Secondary and Senior Secondary Examinations 2026, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) of Kailashahar has imposed prohibitory orders under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">The examinations will be held at PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya, Netaji Vidyapith English Medium Higher Secondary School, and Bhagini Nivedita Girls\u2019 Higher Secondary School under Kailashahar subdivision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">According to the order, from February 17 to April 11, 2026, on examination days, movement of the general public will be restricted within a 200-metre radius of all examination centres between 10:00 AM and 1:30 PM. Only candidates, invigilators, officials, and on-duty police personnel will be allowed entry into these areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">The order also prohibits carrying of any kind of weapons, sticks, sharp bamboo objects, or firearms within and around the examination centres, except by on-duty law enforcement personnel. Additionally, the use of loudspeakers has been strictly banned during examination hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">Authorities have warned that any violation of the order will invite legal action under Section 223 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">The administration has urged citizens to cooperate in maintaining a peaceful environment for the students appearing in the examinations.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Restrictions imposed within 200 metres of Kailashahar exam centres under BNS Section 163 to ensure smooth conduct of CBSE 2026 board exams.
