Additionally, 10 Rahaveers are selected annually for a national award, with the Central Government granting \u20b91 lakh each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The key focus of the programme was the State Government\u2019s \u2018Rahaveer Scheme\u2019, under which any good Samaritan who helps an accident victim reach a hospital within one hour is awarded a certificate and an honorarium of \u20b925,000 by the State Transport Department.
