Road area of Khowai involving a tipper truck and a tom-tom (e-rickshaw) in a head-on collision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">In the accident, a college student travelling in the tom-tom sustained critical injuries. She was immediately rescued by local residents and taken to Khowai District Hospital. Another injured person has been identified as Manoranjan Debnath.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">According to police, the truck driver involved in the accident has been arrested, and further legal proceedings are underway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">The accident caused panic in the locality for some time.
