Today marks the eighth day of the 44th Agartala Book Fair. From the opening day till the end of the seventh day, total book sales have reached \u20b977,67,507.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">Like other days, various cultural programmes, book releases and discussion sessions were organized today as well. At the Vinayak Damodar Savarkar stage of the book fair, artists from Unakoti district presented cultural performances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">Two books from Deeptamalika Publications and fifteen books from Trikal Publications were released today. In the discussion session on \u201cMahasweta Devi in the light of her centenary,\u201d Dr. Shipra Dutta, Dr. Rajib Ghosh and Dr. Ashis Kumar Baidya participated as speakers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">Another discussion on \u201cThe application of Artificial Intelligence as modern technology in the news media\u201d featured Debashis Lodh, Abhishek Dey and Bhupal Chakraborty as speakers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The seventh day of the 44th Agartala Book Fair witnessed book sales worth \u20b911,68,001, taking the total sales in the first seven days to \u20b977,67,507.
