According to the case details, around 3 PM on Sunday, Russell Mia, son of Rizik Mia from Miapara, lured a nine-year-old girl from the neighborhood to his house with promises of love and then raped her. Initially, the girl could not speak about it, but later, when she became severely distressed, she revealed the incident to her parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Subsequently, the girl\u2019s parents filed a rape case against Russell Mia at Madhupur Police Station around 4 PM on Sunday. Later, a large police team led by Madhupur Police Station\u2019s Second Officer Chittaranjan Reang went to Russell Mia\u2019s house and arrested him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is known that Russell Mia is a married man, yet he lured the nine-year-old girl with various temptations and raped her on Sunday. Meanwhile, Madhupur Police Station\u2019s Second Officer Chittaranjan Reang stated that after taking up the rape case, they were able to arrest the youth under the POCSO Act. He will be produced before the Magistrate Court today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, the accused\u2019s mother has directly claimed that her son has been deliberately framed and is not involved in the crime.
