The panel has been directed to submit its report within\u00a0<strong>15 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), the committee will investigate the&nbsp;<strong>root causes<\/strong>&nbsp;behind the operational disturbances. This includes assessing the airline\u2019s preparedness for implementing&nbsp;<strong>flight duty time limitations (FDTL)<\/strong>&nbsp;for crew members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The committee will also determine&nbsp;<strong>accountability for planning failures<\/strong>&nbsp;that may have contributed to instability in flight operations.
