Agartala, Nov 19 2025: A rabid dog went on a sudden biting spree in Khowai on Tuesday, which left at least seven people injured across different locations of the town.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The victims, including 45-year-old Kakoli Ghosh, were immediately taken to Khowai District Hospital, where they are currently receiving medical treatment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the attending doctor, all injured individuals are stable but under going treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Witnesses said the incident triggered panic in the locality as the dog charged at pedestrians without warning, causing people to run for safety. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to residents, the dog bit several individuals within minutes before escaping the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
