Residents of Sagram Para under Karbook block are fuming as the local Anganwadi centre has allegedly turned into a ghost centre open every morning, yet missing the one person who\u2019s supposed to run it: the Anganwadi worker.<br><br>According to locals, worker Asharani Chakma has been skipping duties for months, comfortably drawing her salary from home. While the helper opens the centre on time, pre-primary education has come to a standstill due to the worker\u2019s absence.
