Multiple locations under the Churaibari Forest Beat including Churaibari, Phulbari, and Laxminagar were searched simultaneously.<br><br>During the hours-long operation, forest personnel recovered 175 cubic feet of sawn teak wood. They also seized two high-speed autos bearing registration no- TR05A-2597 and TR05-4375 suspected of being used to transport illegal forest produce. A large quantity of cut agar wood was found stored inside the vehicles.<br><br>Foresters from Churaibari, Lalchhara, Bagbassa, Shanicherra, Panisagar, and Juri Beats participated in the raid, which created a wave of tension and alertness across the area.<br><br>Speaking to reporters, Ranger Supriya Debnath said the seized teak wood carries an estimated black-market value of around \u20b93 lakh.
