The order has been issued by Khowai District Magistrate Rajat Panth under Section 163 of the BNS, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">However, exemptions will apply to members of the armed and paramilitary forces, state police personnel, individuals with valid permits issued by the District Superintendent of Police or Sub-Divisional Magistrate, government employees on emergency duty, and individuals requiring urgent medical care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">Those violating the order will face punitive action under Section 163 of the BNS, 2023.
