Imphal, September 19, 2025<\/strong>: A tragic ambush on an Assam Rifles convoy in Manipur\u2019s Bishnupur district has left two personnel dead and five others injured, marking a fresh wave of violence in the restive state. The attack, which occurred around 5:50 PM near Nambol Sabal Leikai along National Highway 2, targeted a vehicle column of the 33rd Battalion of Assam Rifles traveling from Patsoi to Nambol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
