Announcing the theme <em>\u201c<\/em><strong>Promoting Literacy in the Digital Era through ULLAS\u201d <\/strong>he emphasized the need to blend technology and education to unlock limitless opportunities for the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The highlight of the event was a thematic session in which Tripura\u2019s Special Secretary of Education, Raval H. Kumar, presented the state\u2019s inspiring literacy mission. From remote hills to urban centres, every corner of Tripura was brought under the light of literacy a journey that drew admiration and thunderous applause from the audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also present on stage were Tripura\u2019s Minister for Higher Education and Panchayati Raj, Kishore Barman, and Mizoram\u2019s Education Minister, Vanlalthlana. Their reflections on challenges, struggles, and achievements enriched the session, with Tripura\u2019s Education Minister\u2019s remarks drawing particular nationwide appreciation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tripura was specially acknowledged for its pioneering role in implementing the National Education Policy 2020.
