The injured, identified as Sada Mohan Tripura, sustained bullet injuries and is currently undergoing treatment at Dhalai District Hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to police sources, around 6 p.m. yesterday, the firing occurred with a country-made gun, injuring Sada Mohan Tripura. He was first rushed to Chailengta Hospital, but as his condition deteriorated, he was referred to Dhalai District Hospital for further treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on the victim\u2019s statement, police conducted a prompt operation and detained two suspects Kormasing Tripura and Khakcha Mohan Tripura. Both are being interrogated at the police station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking on the incident, Sonacharan Jamatia, SDPO of Longtharai Valley subdivision, said:<br>\u201cInterrogation of the detainees is underway. A case under specific sections will be registered soon, and legal action will follow.
