He called for immediate corrective measures and enhanced surveillance to prevent such encroachments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Chief Minister made these remarks while chairing a Task Monitoring System meeting held at the Secretariat\u2019s video conference hall. The meeting aimed to review various challenges in the state and strategize on possible solutions. There is no room for excesses. The government\u2019s ultimate goal is to ensure maximum benefit for the public.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also stressed the need for discipline in public service, directing all government employees at district and sub-divisional levels to attend office punctually and perform their duties sincerely. He instructed department secretaries and directors to take necessary actions in this regard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In an effort to improve urban management, the Chief Minister ordered the expansion of task forces within the Agartala Municipal Corporation to address issues related to garbage disposal, beautification, and civic amenities. \u201cNo obstacle will be tolerated in the path of delivering maximum public benefit. The administration will strictly operate within the legal framework,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting also focused on enhancing the reach of various public welfare initiatives. Additionally, Dr. Saha reiterated his government&#8217;s&nbsp;<strong>zero-tolerance policy<\/strong>&nbsp;against cannabis cultivation, sale, and trafficking. He directed the police and administration to take strict and effective action against those involved in such illegal activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key topics discussed during the meeting included road infrastructure, electricity supply, education, health services, urban traffic congestion, public safety, and banking services. Necessary guidelines and instructions were issued to concerned departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Information &amp; Cultural Affairs Secretary also briefed attendees on the&nbsp;<strong>Har Ghar Tiranga<\/strong>&nbsp;campaign, scheduled to take place across three phases until August 15.
