{"id":12620,"date":"2025-07-29T02:47:06","date_gmt":"2025-07-29T02:47:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aguli.in\/?p=12620"},"modified":"2025-07-29T02:47:06","modified_gmt":"2025-07-29T02:47:06","slug":"tripura-to-launch-rah-beer-and-hit-and-run-beneficiary-schemes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aguli.in\/index.php\/2025\/07\/29\/tripura-to-launch-rah-beer-and-hit-and-run-beneficiary-schemes\/","title":{"rendered":"Tripura to Launch \u2018Rah-Beer\u2019 and \u2018Hit-and-Run\u2019 Beneficiary Schemes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Tripura, 29 July 2025:<\/strong> Under the guidance of the Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, the Tripura state government is set to launch two beneficiary-oriented schemes\u2014\u2018Rah-Beer\u2019 (Good Samaritan) and \u2018Hit-and-Run\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">As part of the Rah-Beer (Good Samaritan) scheme, individuals who assist seriously injured road accident victims during the golden hour (within the first hour of the accident) by helping them reach a hospital will be rewarded. They will receive a one-time incentive of \u20b925,000 and a certificate issued through the state government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">Meanwhile, under the Hit-and-Run scheme, financial compensation will be provided to victims of road accidents caused by unidentified vehicles. As per the revised scheme notified by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, the compensation amount has been increased to \u20b92 lakh in case of death and up to \u20b950,000 in case of serious injury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">In addition, to reduce the fatality rate by ensuring timely and emergency medical care to accident victims, the Transport Department has provided a total of 16 Advanced Basic Life Support Ambulances\u20148 to the Police Department and 8 to the Fire &amp; Emergency Services Department.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tripura, 29 July 2025: Under the guidance of the Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, the Tripura state government is set to launch two beneficiary-oriented schemes\u2014\u2018Rah-Beer\u2019 (Good Samaritan) and \u2018Hit-and-Run\u2019.
