Tripura, June 14, 2025: <\/strong>The Directorate of Medical Education, Government of Tripura, has announced a walk-in interview for the recruitment of faculty and staff positions at Agartala Government Medical College (AGMC). The appointments will be on a purely temporary\/contractual basis for a period of six months or until the continuation of the project whichever is earlier with the maximum tenure extending up to March 31, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These positions are intended for the Regional Geriatric Centre (RGC) within the Department of Geriatric Medicine at AGMC & GBP Hospital. The RGC functions under the National Programme for Health Care of the Elderly (NPHCE), a centrally sponsored initiative by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interview Venue:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

College Council Room & Examination Hall, Agartala Government Medical College, West Tripura<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reporting Time:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Candidates must report between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the day of the interview. Latecomers or those with incomplete applications will not be considered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interview Schedule:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

June 23, 2025: Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, and Junior Resident June 24, 2025: Laboratory Technician<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Directorate has also stated that in case of any unforeseen emergency or administrative exigency, the interview schedule is subject to change, with revised dates to be notified accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
