The accused, identified as Muslem Mia from the Matinagar area, reportedly entered the mosque on Sunday morning and launched a brutal assault on the Imam. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to eyewitnesses, Muslem Mia physically assaulted the Imam and bit off a part of his ear. He also inflicted multiple injuries using a sharp weapon.
