The Governor said that Northeast India, with its rich biodiversity, natural resources, human capital, cultural diversity, and strategic geographical location, can serve as a driving force for the nation\u2019s growth. He emphasized that sustained efforts by the Central Government have led to the establishment of peace in the region, which is now steadily moving towards prosperity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Expressing hope, the Governor said the symposium would feature detailed discussions on various opportunities and challenges and bring forth constructive proposals aimed at ensuring peace and prosperity in the region.
