In his message, the Chief Minister said, \u201cThese traditional festivals are vital expressions of our rich cultural heritage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through their celebration, we uphold our customs, religious beliefs, and vibrant traditions that strengthen the spirit of unity and harmony among us.\u201d He further added, \u201cWelcoming the new while cherishing the old is a timeless practice.
